Cat Fish in Coconut Milk

4 ikan keli (cat fish), cut into half
1 tsp salt
1 tsp tumeric powder
(marinate fish with salt and tumeric)

Blended Ingredients
3cm fresh tumeric
6 shallots
6 bird's eye chilies
2cm young ginger
100ml thick coconut milk
100ml water

1tbsp Kimball Tomato Puree
Salt and sugar to taste

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serving: 4
1) Cook blended ingredients onto a pot and bring it to boil. Lower fire and simmer it for 5 minutes. Spoon in Kimball Tomato Puree and season with salt and sugar.
2) Add in fish and tomatoes and cook until fish is done.
3) Sprinkle some chopped Chinese celery and serve.
