Oyster Sauce

Sweet Petola Glass Noodles

2 whole petola, remove petola skin, cut into wedges
100g medium size prawns, shelled
2 red chilies, remove seeds shred finely
30g sohoon (tunghoon) soak in water till soft
3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
4 shallots, sliced finely

3 tbsp Kimball Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
(mixed together)

Serving: 4
1) Heat 3 teablespoons oil, saute shallots, garlic till fragrant. Add in prawns and stir-fry for 1 minute.
2) Add in petola and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then put in seasoning mixture, soaked sohoon and chilies. Cook it for another 3 minutes. If mixture is too dry, add in more water.
