Spicy Ladies Fingers with Prawns

200g ladies fingers, sliced
100g prawns, shelled

1 tbsp tamarind paste
1/4 cup water
(combine paste and water)

Grinded Ingredients
4 red chilies, remove seeds
4 shallots
2cm shrimp paste
2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp Kimball Tomato Puree
Salt to taste

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 4
1) Heat 4 tablespoons oil, saute grinded ingredients and Kimball Tomato Puree until fragrant. Add in prawns and cook for 1/2 a minute.
2) Put in ladies fingers and tamarind juice. Stir-fry for a minute. Cover pan and let it cook for another 1 minute. Season with salt to taste.
